Discounts, coupons & offers

Run promotions without touching your list prices. Open Settings → Discounts (or search *discount* in Settings). There are two tabs: Coupon codes and Offers.

Coupon codes

A coupon is a code like SAVE10 that customers type in at checkout. Click Add coupon and set:

• Code — what the customer enters (saved in uppercase).
• Active — switch it on or off without deleting it.
• Discount type & value — a percentage off or a fixed amount off.
• Applies to — the whole cart, or just one category.
• Minimum order value — only valid above this amount (optional).
• Max discount cap — cap the rupees off for percentage coupons (optional).
• Expires — an end date (optional).
• Usage limit — how many times it can be used in total (optional).

Buy-X-Get-Y offers

On the Offers tab, click Add offer to reward bulk buys — e.g. *Buy 2, Get 1 Free*. Set the buy quantity and get quantity, give it a title, and switch it Active. The cheapest eligible items are discounted automatically.
