What the AI Co-founder plan is
The plan that adds four AI agents, a campaign planner, a creative studio, an SEO audit, a retargeting kit and five automations on top of everything in Growth, with 1,500 AI credits a month.

AI Co-founder is a paid plan for online stores. It costs ₹1,499 a month, or ₹14,990 for a year, which works out to ₹1,249 a month. Outside India it is $29.99 a month or $299.90 a year. It contains everything the Growth plan contains, and adds an AI team you can talk to, a page in your store dashboard that makes marketing work for you, five automations that run on their own, and 1,500 AI credits every month.
Nothing about your store changes when you switch to it. Your products, orders, design, coupons, payments and domain stay exactly as they are. The plan only adds.
This is a paid plan, and the AI spends credits
The agents, the AI Co-founder tab and the automations only work while the AI Co-founder plan is active. Most AI actions spend credits from your monthly allowance, and the price is shown on the button before you press it. See AI credits.
What it adds over Growth
The Growth plan (₹499 a month) is the selling plan: sales boosters, product reviews, loyalty, WhatsApp Business API alerts, 1-click checkouts, your own domain, branding removed, custom code, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, unlimited products. All of that is inside AI Co-founder too. On top, you get:
- Four AI agents you chat with from inside the dashboard. They read your real store and propose changes.
- An AI Co-founder tab in your store dashboard with a campaign planner, a creative studio, a carousel builder, a store-wide SEO audit and a retargeting kit.
- Five automations: abandoned-cart reminders, broadcasts, a storefront assistant, scheduled promotions and a Monday digest.
- 1,500 AI credits every month, and one-time top-up packs when you want more.
- 10 GB of storage for your store's media. Images the AI generates count towards it.
The plan covers one store. If you run more than one, each one needs its own plan.
The four agents
Each agent is the same chat window with a different job, a different set of tools and a different view of your store. They have product names and chat names:
- Builder, who signs as *Brix*. Builds and edits your site with you. Rewrite copy, restyle a section, add a product, or ask how something works.
- Co-founder, who signs as *Ledger*. Reads your sales, visitors, conversion and best-sellers, then tells you what is working and what to do next. It only quotes numbers your store actually recorded.
- Growth, who signs as *Bloom*. Writes the marketing: WhatsApp broadcasts, Instagram captions, product descriptions, festival campaign plans.
- SEO, who signs as *Beacon*. Titles, descriptions and keywords for every page and product, and plain answers about getting found on Google.
Each message you send costs 1 credit. On this plan there is no daily message limit, so your credit balance is the only limit. All four agents are unlocked by the plan; you do not have to switch anything on.
Where each thing lives
- The AI Co-founder tab in your store dashboard, next to Orders and Products. It has eight sections down the left: Overview, Automations, Campaigns, Creative studio, Carousels, SEO, Retargeting and Upsell.
- The agents open from the button at the bottom right of every store screen, and from Dashboard → Agents, which lists all four with a link into each of your sites.
- Your credit balance sits in the header of the AI Co-founder tab as a pill you can press to top up, on the Overview section, and on Dashboard → Billing under AI credits, where the last few ledger entries are listed too.
- The automations are all on the Automations section: each one is a card with a switch.
- The storefront assistant appears as a chat bubble on your live store, once you switch it on.
Every write is an Apply card you approve
This is the rule that makes the agents safe to use on a live store. When an agent decides to change something, it does not change it. It prepares the change and shows you a card in the chat with a short summary and two buttons, Apply and Dismiss. Nothing reaches your store until you press Apply. The panel says so at the bottom of every conversation: *changes only go live when you press Apply.*
The same idea runs through the AI Co-founder tab. The SEO audit writes nothing until you tick the rewrites you want and press Apply selected. A generated image is not attached to a product until you press Add to gallery or Set as cover. A broadcast asks *Really send to N people?* before it goes.
Check the AI's work before it goes out
AI can get things wrong. Read every price, claim and image before you publish it or send it to a customer. Generated images in particular: check the product's colour, shape and any text on the image. You are responsible for what your store says.
The order to do things
- 1Add real photos to your products first. The creative studio works from the photo on the product. Without one it renders from the name and description, and the result is a guess.
- 2Open the AI Co-founder tab and read Overview. It shows your orders and best sellers for the last 30 days from your real order history, not an estimate. That is the ground everything else stands on.
- 3Run the SEO audit and apply the rewrites you agree with. It is the cheapest thing on the page and the only one that improves your store while you sleep.
- 4Switch on the automations you want. Cart reminders and the Monday digest cost nothing extra. Leave the storefront assistant off until you have read Storefront assistant.
- 5Then make creatives and plan a campaign. Both spend real credits, so do them once you know which products are worth pushing.
What is not here
- It does not run your ads. The campaign planner writes a plan. You still set up the campaign in Meta Ads Manager yourself. There is no ad-account connection.
- It does not post to Instagram. Carousels and captions are made for you to download and post.
- The agents cannot touch orders, customers, payouts or billing. They edit sites, products, copy and settings.
- The storefront assistant cannot place, change or cancel an order, and never asks a shopper for payment details.
- The 14-day free trial does not cover this plan. The trial covers Starter and Growth.
Do I lose anything from my Growth plan if I switch?
No. AI Co-founder contains all of Growth. Sales boosters, reviews, loyalty, the WhatsApp Business API, 1-click checkout, your custom domain, branding removal, custom code and the Meta Pixel all keep working exactly as they do now.
I am on Growth and I can see the agents. Why?
A small number of Growth sellers were added by hand to a private early-access list before the plan existed, and they keep their access. For everyone else the agents come with the AI Co-founder plan.
What happens if my plan lapses?
The agents, the AI Co-founder tab and the automations stop. Cart reminders stop going out, the storefront assistant disappears from your store, and the Monday digest stops. Your store, products, orders and settings are untouched, and everything the AI already applied stays applied.
Can I try it free for 14 days?
Not this plan. The 14-day no-card trial covers Starter and Growth. AI Co-founder is bought outright from the pricing page or the upgrade button in the dashboard.
Is my store's data used to train an AI model?
Your store's products, numbers and copy are sent to the model only to answer the request you made, through our own provider account. We do not sell your catalogue or your customer list, and the AI has no access to another merchant's store.
