How do I configure my store's menu and remove links I don't need?

Open your store dashboard → Settings → Navigation & menu. You can hide, rename, reorder, or add header menu links and footer links there. The full walkthrough (with screenshots) is in the Help Center.

Can I really start for free?

Yes. Every site — websites, student portfolios, and online stores — publishes free on a sitesplaced.com address. You only pay when you want a custom domain, branding removed, or premium add-ons.

How do I customise sections of my store?

In your store dashboard, the Design tab lets you add, remove, reorder and edit every section (hero, featured products, trust, etc.), and Settings controls branding, checkout, policies and more.

Is my payment safe and can I get a refund?

Payments are processed by Razorpay/Dodo over secure, encrypted connections — we never see your card details. See our refund policy for details.
