Campaign planner: a Meta ads plan for your store
Give it a goal and a daily budget and it writes the plan: which products to push, five ad hooks, audiences, the creatives to make, a day-by-day schedule, and when to stop. You run the ads yourself in Meta Ads Manager.

The Campaigns section of the AI Co-founder tab writes a marketing plan for your store. You say what you want and what you can spend a day. It reads your real products and your real order history, and comes back with a plan you can act on the same afternoon.
This is a plan, not an ad account
SitesPlaced is not connected to Meta Ads Manager. It cannot create a campaign, spend your budget, pause an ad or read your results. You take the plan, log into Ads Manager yourself, and set it up there. Everything you spend on ads is between you and Meta.
That limit is worth understanding before you use it. What you are buying is the thinking and the writing, which is the part most small sellers get stuck on. Pressing the buttons in Ads Manager is the easy half.
What you tell it
- 1Open the AI Co-founder tab and choose Campaigns.
- 2Write the Goal in plain words, and make it countable. *Get 30 first orders for the new brass diya collection this month* is a goal. *More sales* is not.
- 3Set Budget / day in rupees. The box starts at 300 and the lowest it accepts is 50. Use the number you can actually lose for a week without flinching.
- 4Set Days, between 3 and 30. Seven is the default and is usually the right first test.
- 5Optionally add Your margin %. With it, the plan can work out your break-even, which is the point where the ads stop losing you money. Without it, that line is left blank rather than guessed.
- 6Optionally name a Festival, such as Diwali, Eid or Rakhi, and the copy and timing take it into account.
- 7Optionally pick up to three products to push. Leave it empty and the plan chooses from your real best sellers.
- 8Press Plan the campaign · 5 credits.
The plan uses your store's own recorded orders to decide what is selling. If you have no orders yet, it says so honestly in the risks section rather than inventing a best seller.
What the plan contains
The result is one long page you can work down. It has:
- A campaign name and a two-sentence summary of what you are doing and why.
- The budget block: your daily spend times the number of days, the total, and where you gave a margin, a break-even ROAS with a plain note explaining it. ROAS is how many rupees of sales each rupee of ad spend has to bring in.
- Products, one to three, each with a line on why that one.
- Audiences, with how to build each one and when to switch it on. They run in the normal order: a broad audience first, then interest targeting, then retargeting people who already visited.
- Five hooks for Meta ads. Each is an angle, a headline of about 40 characters and primary text of about 125 characters, sized to paste straight into Ads Manager. Each hook has its own Copy button.
- Creatives to make: three or four image briefs, each naming a style from the Creative studio with the exact headline, offer and call to action to use. Open the studio takes you there.
- A day-by-day schedule for the first week: what to launch, what to watch, what to change.
- Kill and scale rules: two or three plain rules for when to stop an ad and when to put more money behind one. These are the lines people skip and then regret.
- Risks: two or three honest caveats about this plan for this store.
- A WhatsApp broadcast and a follow-up message, written to paste and send.
- An Instagram caption with up to six hashtags.
Everything with a Copy button copies clean, so you are not retyping into another window. The last plan you generated stays on the section, so you can come back to it tomorrow without paying again.
Turning the plan into work
- 1Make the creatives first. The briefs name the exact style, headline, offer and call to action. Open the studio and generate them, then download them.
- 2Send the WhatsApp message to people who already know you. Press Send to subscribers on the broadcast panel: it carries the copy over to the Broadcasts form on the Automations section, where you check it and send. Your existing customers are the cheapest sales in any campaign.
- 3Post the Instagram caption with one of the creatives.
- 4Then set up the ads in Meta Ads Manager, using the hooks as your ad copy and the audience plan as your targeting.
- 5Follow the kill and scale rules. Write the numbers on a piece of paper next to your laptop. They only work if you look at them.
What it cannot do
- It cannot create, run or stop an ad. There is no Meta ad account connection.
- It cannot see your ad spend or your ad results. Nothing in your SitesPlaced dashboard knows what a campaign cost. The Co-founder agent can tell you your orders and revenue, and you have to hold the ad spend against that yourself.
- It does not guarantee a result. No plan does. The break-even figure is arithmetic on the margin you typed, not a forecast.
- The day-by-day list covers seven days. If you set a longer run, the budget total covers the whole run but the daily schedule is written for the first week.
Do I need to be on Meta to use this?
For the ads part, yes. But the WhatsApp broadcast, the Instagram caption and the creative briefs are useful on their own, and cost nothing extra to act on. Plenty of sellers use the plan without ever opening Ads Manager.
How much should I put in the daily budget?
Enough that Meta has data to learn from, and little enough that a week of it does not hurt. Many small Indian stores test at ₹300 to ₹500 a day for seven days, then decide. The plan takes whatever you type and builds the numbers around it.
Can it plan for a festival?
Yes. Type the festival name in the Festival box and the timing, hooks and copy account for it. The Creative studio has matching festive styles for the images.
Why did it pick those products?
From your real order history over the last month, unless you picked products yourself. Each choice comes with a one-line reason so you can disagree with it.
Can I generate more than one plan?
Yes, each one costs 5 credits. Only the most recent plan is shown on the section, so copy anything you want to keep before generating another.
