Questions
Is SitesPlaced University free?
Yes. Every course and lesson is free to read, with no account needed. Building on SitesPlaced is free too — publishing a website or a store costs nothing, and the paid plans only add extras like your own domain.
Do I need to use SitesPlaced to find it useful?
The first course — what to sell, how to price it, the money basics, your first ten customers — applies to any online business in India. The building courses are written for the SitesPlaced dashboard, because that is the product we can describe exactly, click by click.
How long does a course take?
Each lesson is four to six minutes of reading, and a course is an evening. The doing takes longer than the reading: opening a store is one evening of setup and a second for the test order and launch.
How is this different from the Help Center?
The Help Center is the reference — one guide per dashboard screen, found by search when something is confusing. The University is the course: what to do first, in what order, and why. Every lesson links the Help Center guide for the exact steps.
Can I ask questions?
Yes. The Ask AI button sends any question to the AI assistant you already use, with our guides attached. Sellers on the Starter and Growth plans are also invited to the SitesPlaced Founders group on WhatsApp, where the team and other sellers answer.
Stuck on a step?
Ask an AI assistant — it reads our guides and answers in seconds. For your account or a payment, real humans in India reply to every message.
