SitesPlaced for WooCommerce is a plugin you install from a zip file. It copies every order from your WooCommerce shop into SitesPlaced, so the order shows up in the SitesPlaced order dashboard and mobile app, can be booked with a courier, and gets a tracking page. WooCommerce stays in charge of payment, stock, cancellation and refunds. SitesPlaced sends back only the shipping status (shipped, out for delivery, delivered) and the tracking number, courier and link. One connected shop is free; a paid store plan allows five.

What WooCommerce does on a SitesPlaced store
Every order, copied in
New and changed orders are sent to SitesPlaced as they happen. The same order sent twice never makes a duplicate. You can also bring in past orders, and those arrive without notifications, so nobody's phone lights up over last year's sales.
The SitesPlaced order tools
Copied orders appear in the order dashboard and the mobile app, with a push notification when a fresh order lands. You can book a courier for them, and the AI Co-founder can read them. If your store has WhatsApp connected, they send WhatsApp order messages too.
A tracking page for your customers
A connected shop gets a public tracking page. The shopper types the order number and a second detail (the last 4 digits of their phone number, or their email) and sees the status, the courier and the tracking link. The page never shows a name, phone number, email or address.
Shipping status goes back to WooCommerce
When the order is shipped, out for delivery or delivered in SitesPlaced, the plugin writes that status and the tracking number, courier and link back to the WooCommerce order. Nothing else is written back.
Which plan, and what it costs
- ✓SitesPlaced: Free: one connected shop, order sync, and the tracking page with the SitesPlaced badge. A paid store plan (Growth or AI Co-founder) allows five connected shops, removes the badge and includes WhatsApp order messages. A connected shop does not count against your plan's site limit.
- ✓Third-party fees: None from SitesPlaced. Your WooCommerce hosting, payment gateway and courier charges stay whatever they are today.

How to set up WooCommerce
Where: In WordPress: WooCommerce → SitesPlaced. In SitesPlaced: Dashboard → your connected store → Orders.. Takes: a few minutes, plus the time your past orders take to copy.
Download the plugin
Download sitesplaced-for-woocommerce.zip from /developers/woocommerce. It is a zip file you upload yourself.
Install it in WordPress
In your WordPress admin go to Plugins, add a new plugin, choose to upload one, pick the zip file, then install and activate it.
Connect to SitesPlaced
In your WordPress admin go to WooCommerce → SitesPlaced and press “Connect to SitesPlaced”. Your browser goes to SitesPlaced. Sign in, or create a free account. Check that the website shown is yours, choose to create a new connected store or pick one of your stores, and approve. You land back in your WordPress admin, connected.
Bring in past orders
The last 30 days are imported by themselves right after you connect. To go further back, choose “Last 90 days” or “Last 365 days” and press “Import past orders”. Past orders are copied in batches and send no notifications.
Place a test order
Place an order on your shop. It appears in the SitesPlaced order dashboard and mobile app. Mark it shipped in SitesPlaced and the WooCommerce order shows the tracking.
Good to know
- ✓The plugin does not change your checkout or your payment gateway, and it does not touch your stock.
- ✓Cancel and refund on WooCommerce. The change arrives in SitesPlaced on its own. Cancelling a copied order inside SitesPlaced is blocked, with a note that says to do it on WooCommerce.
- ✓If your site blocks incoming requests, tracking still gets back: the plugin also checks SitesPlaced for updates every 15 minutes.
- ✓A staging copy of your site pauses itself. The plugin sees that its address is not the connected one and stops, so test orders never land in your live order list.
- ✓If the one-click connection does not complete, create the connection in the SitesPlaced dashboard, open “Connect with a key instead” on the plugin's screen and paste the API key and the signing secret.
- ✓The plugin needs WordPress 6.0, WooCommerce 7.0 and PHP 7.4, or newer.
- ✓The plugin is a zip download for now. It is not listed in the WordPress plugin directory.

Frequently asked questions
Does the plugin change my checkout?
No. Shoppers check out on WooCommerce exactly as they do today, with the payment gateway you already use. The plugin only copies the order after it exists.
Does it touch my stock?
No. WooCommerce stays in charge of stock. Copied orders never change stock in SitesPlaced, and SitesPlaced never writes stock back.
What about my old orders?
The last 30 days are imported by themselves right after you connect, and you can then import the last 90 or 365 days. They are copied in batches and treated as history: no mobile push, no WhatsApp message and no webhook fires for them.
My host blocks incoming requests. Will tracking still reach WooCommerce?
Yes. SitesPlaced tries to send each update to your site straight away. The plugin also asks SitesPlaced for waiting updates every 15 minutes, so a blocked request only means a short delay.
What happens when I disconnect?
The plugin's key stops working at once and no more orders are sent. The orders already copied stay in SitesPlaced.
Is it free?
One connected shop is free, with order sync and the tracking page carrying the SitesPlaced badge. A paid store plan (Growth or AI Co-founder) allows five connected shops, removes the badge and includes WhatsApp order messages.
