1. Free Plan

SitesPlaced offers a free tier at no cost. Since no payment is collected for free accounts, no refund is applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions

When you upgrade to a paid plan (e.g., Pro), you are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment partner, Razorpay. All subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • Technical issues: If a platform-side technical error prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period and the issue was reported to us within 7 days.
  • First-time subscribers: If you are a first-time paid subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day window.
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension or termination.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@sitesplaced.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction or invoice ID (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
