Shiprocket Integration for Instagram Sellers

Stop copying addresses into courier portals. Connect Shiprocket to your Instagram store, generate AWB in one click, and let customers track their orders.

SitesPlaced integrates with Shiprocket so you can create shipping labels (AWB) and track deliveries directly from your order dashboard. When an order is ready to ship, you pick the order, choose Shiprocket, and get a label. Customer gets tracking via WhatsApp or email. No manual data entry.

Why Shiprocket for DM sellers?

  • Multi-courier — Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, Ecom Express and more from one dashboard
  • Cheaper rates — negotiated bulk rates; often lower than walk-in
  • COD support — collect cash on delivery and get remittance from Shiprocket
  • Tracking link — share one link with the customer for real-time tracking

How to connect Shiprocket to SitesPlaced

1. Sign up with Shiprocket — Create an account at shiprocket.in and complete verification.

2. Add your warehouse — Enter pickup address and weight/dimensions so Shiprocket can suggest the right courier and price.

3. Connect in SitesPlaced — In your store dashboard, go to Commerce → Shipping. Enter your Shiprocket email and API token (from Shiprocket Settings → API). Save.

4. Create shipments from orders — Open any paid order, click "Create shipment" (or equivalent). Address and item details flow into Shiprocket; you select courier, pay, and print or download the AWB.

After shipping, mark the order as "Shipped" in SitesPlaced and add the tracking number so the customer can track. For payments, see Razorpay integration.

Razorpay + Shiprocket: full stack

Together, Razorpay (payments) and Shiprocket (shipping) give you a complete flow: customer pays online or via UPI/COD, you pack the order, create AWB in Shiprocket, ship, and update status in SitesPlaced. One dashboard for orders, payments, and delivery.
