Razorpay Integration for Your Instagram Store
Accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets directly on your store. Here's how Razorpay works inside SitesPlaced and how to set it up in minutes.
SitesPlaced supports Razorpay so you can accept online payments (UPI, cards, wallets, netbanking) on your Instagram store. You connect your Razorpay account once in the dashboard; customers then pay at checkout and you receive funds in your linked bank account. No coding required.
Why Razorpay for Instagram sellers?
- • UPI-first — most Indian buyers prefer UPI; Razorpay supports all major apps
- • Cards & wallets — credit/debit cards, Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay
- • Instant settlement — T+1 or same-day depending on your plan
- • One dashboard — see all transactions in Razorpay and in SitesPlaced orders
How to enable Razorpay on SitesPlaced
1. Create a Razorpay account — Sign up at razorpay.com. Complete KYC so you can receive payouts.
2. Get your API keys — Dashboard → Settings → API Keys. Copy Key ID and Key Secret (use test keys first if you want to try).
3. Add keys in SitesPlaced — In your store dashboard, go to Commerce → Payments. Paste your Razorpay Key ID and Secret. Save.
4. Turn on online checkout — Enable "Accept online payments" so customers see the Pay Now option at checkout alongside COD/UPI details on invoice.
After this, orders paid via Razorpay will show as "Paid" in your order list and you can fulfil them (e.g. with Shiprocket).
Razorpay + WhatsApp checkout
On SitesPlaced, customers can either pay online (Razorpay) or use the WhatsApp checkout flow and pay via UPI/bank transfer using details on the PDF invoice. You get both options — more conversions, fewer drop-offs.
