Connect your Shiprocket account, paste the API key and secret on the Integrations card, and your catalog syncs to Shiprocket automatically. At checkout, buyers get saved addresses and UPI/cards/BNPL/COD in one step, with RTO risk scoring and delivery-date estimates. Shiprocket collects and settles the money to you (T+0/T+1) and charges 2% per order; SitesPlaced takes 0% commission. Digital-download carts keep the standard checkout. It is the fastest way to take real prepaid payments without your own payment gateway.

Buyers log in with a phone number and OTP; their last delivered address is pre-filled from Shiprocket's network, so a returning shopper checks out in one step. Fewer fields, fewer drop-offs.
UPI, cards, BNPL & COD — no gateway needed
Shiprocket processes the payment on its own gateways and settles to you (T+0/T+1). You don't need your own Razorpay/PayU account — useful if you can't get one yet.
Lower RTO on COD
Every order gets an RTO risk score, high-risk COD is nudged to prepay, and delivery-date estimates set expectations at checkout — so fewer COD parcels come back.
Abandoned-checkout recovery
Carts that don't complete are captured so you can follow up, and your coupons and offers still apply — they're carried into the Shiprocket checkout.

How to set up Sell with Shiprocket
Where: Dashboard → your store → Settings → Integrations → Sell with Shiprocket. Takes: about 10 minutes (once your Shiprocket account is verified).
Enable checkout in Shiprocket
Sign in to the Fastrr Checkout dashboard (checkout.shiprocket.in), complete KYC & billing onboarding, then open Settings → Platform → Custom-Built → API Key to get your API Key and Secret.
Connect in SitesPlaced
Settings → Integrations → Sell with Shiprocket → paste the API Key + Secret. SitesPlaced verifies them, syncs your catalog to Shiprocket and shows the card as connected.
Add the order webhook
Copy the order-webhook URL shown on the card into Shiprocket → Settings → Custom Endpoints, so completed orders flow straight back into your SitesPlaced dashboard.
Turn it on
Flip the toggle to make Shiprocket checkout live on your store. Shipping rules, COD charges and RTO settings live in your Shiprocket dashboard.
Good to know
- ✓Sell with Shiprocket is on the Ecommerce plan. Free stores keep the standard checkout (Razorpay, COD and WhatsApp orders).
- ✓If Shiprocket's checkout is ever unavailable (e.g. an empty wallet), your store automatically falls back to the standard checkout so you never lose an order.
- ✓Digital-download products keep the standard online checkout — Shiprocket checkout is for physical goods that ship.
- ✓You keep one Shiprocket account for both checkout and shipping — orders placed through checkout are already in your Shiprocket panel to fulfil.

Do I need my own payment gateway to use Shiprocket checkout?
No. Shiprocket processes the payment and settles the money to you. That's the point — you can take UPI and card payments without your own Razorpay or PayU account.
