The best footwear store website templates of 2026: for sneakers, chappals, sandals and heels.
A shoe buyer picks a colour first and a size second. The best footwear store template answers both without making them dig through photos. On SitesPlaced that is the Footwear Store, laid out like Neeman’s: every colour shown as a small photo on the card, a grid of square size buttons with the size chart beside it, a card that works out the price after your coupon, and your exchange rule right under the sizes. If shoes are one part of a clothing range, the Clothing Store is the alternative. Both are free, with UPI, cash on delivery and WhatsApp checkout at 0% commission.
What a shoe buyer asks, and where the Footwear Store answers it
Key takeaway
If most of what you sell goes on feet, pick the Footwear Store. Give every colour its own photo and every size its own stock count, upload a size chart, write your exchange rule and publish one coupon. The layout does the rest.
| The buyer’s question | Where it is answered | What you set up |
|---|---|---|
| “What colours does it come in?” | Every colour as a small photo on the card; tap one to see that colour | A Colour option with a photo on each colour |
| “Is my size there?” | A grid of square size buttons on the product page; sold-out sizes crossed out | A Size option with stock per option |
| “Which size am I?” | A size chart link beside “Select Size” | A size chart image on the product |
| “What will I actually pay?” | A green “Get it at ₹X” card with the code and a copy button | A coupon ticked “Show this code on the store” |
| “Can I exchange it?” | Your exchange rule in a grey box right under the sizes | Your returns line in Settings → Sales boosters |
| “Can I pay cash?” | The delivery and COD line under the buy buttons | COD and delivery in Settings |
The Footwear Store follows the layout of Neeman’s phone site. Neeman’s is not involved with SitesPlaced, and your store uses your own name, photos and products.
1. Footwear Store: laid out like Neeman’s
The home page on a phone, from the top:
- A white header with your name on the left and a search box that is always open, with its own Search button inside it.
- Small category tiles on soft tints as the very first thing on the page, so a shopper can jump straight to sneakers or sandals.
- Square banners that slide. Until you add one, it shows your first product photo.
- A dark card with up to three icons, built from your own trust badge, your free-delivery amount, your returns line and COD. It hides when none are set.
- A “Series” block of four tall tiles, from a browse page you set up or your first four categories.
- Product rows on a tinted band that you swipe with ‹ › buttons: new arrivals, bestsellers ranked from your real orders, and a sale row that hides when nothing is on sale.
The product card is big and white. The shoe sits on a wide photo and is shown whole, never cropped, because shoes are wider than they are tall. Under it: the colours as little photos, the name, the price with the MRP struck and a green “% Off”, and a full-width Add to Cart. The small tag in the corner is the product’s first badge, or “New” for anything added in the last 30 days.
The product page shows the photos as a strip you swipe, the rating, the “Get it at ₹X” card, the price with the saving, the colours as photo tiles, “Select Size” as a grid of square buttons with the size chart beside it, your exchange rule, and Add to cart and Buy now side by side. There is no quantity stepper, because shoes are bought a pair at a time. A buy bar stays on screen on phones, and the delivery and COD line sits under the buttons.

The “Get it at ₹X” card, explained
Neeman’s shows the price you pay after a coupon right on the product page. The Footwear Store does the same, honestly:
- It only looks at coupons you have ticked “Show this code on the store”. An influencer code or a win-back code you keep private never appears.
- It works out the saving with the same maths checkout uses, so the minimum order, a percent or flat discount, a cap and category limits are all respected. If no published coupon applies to that shoe, the card does not appear.
- It shows the code with a copy button. Nothing is applied behind the shopper’s back; they apply it at checkout.
Coupons are free on every plan. More in offers and discounts that lift sales.
Set up your shoes so the layout works
- Photograph each colour. Add a Colour option and give every colour its own photo. The card turns those photos into swatches; a colour without a photo is not shown as a swatch.
- Add sizes with stock. Add a Size option, for example UK 6 to UK 11, and switch on stock per option so a sold-out size is crossed out on its own.
- Upload a size chart. One image per product under “Size chart / info popup”. Foot length in centimetres next to UK and EU sizes helps most.
- Set the MRP. An MRP above the selling price shows the struck price and the green “% Off”.
- Add one badge per shoe. The first badge becomes the tag on the card, such as “Vegan leather” or “Handmade”. Keep it true.
- Write your exchange rule. For example “Free size exchange within 7 days”, in Settings → Sales boosters. It appears right under the sizes.
Tips by type: sneakers, chappals, sandals and heels
- Sneakers and everyday shoes. Shoot the side, the sole and the shoe on a foot. Buyers compare soles and fit more than anything else.
- Chappals and kolhapuris. Sizes in flat footwear vary from maker to maker. A chart with foot length in centimetres helps buyers pick right the first time.
- Sandals. Show the straps closed and open, and say in the description whether they are adjustable.
- Heels. Put the heel height in the description, and consider a badge such as “2-inch block heel” so it shows on the card.
- Kids’ footwear. Size by age as well as by number, and say how much room to leave for growth.
2. Clothing Store: when shoes are part of a fashion range
If you sell clothing first and shoes second, pick the template for what most of your orders are: the Clothing Store, laid out like Jnorss. It shows the sizes still in stock on every card and has quick add, the buy bar on phones and the delivery line.
Two differences to know. Its cards use tall 4:5 photos, which crop a wide shoe photo, so switch the photo shape to square under Settings → Sales boosters. And it shows colours on the product page, not as swatches on the card. Template page · Showcase store. Our clothing store templates guide covers it in full.
COD, exchanges and first orders
Buying shoes online means guessing the fit, and a first-time buyer wants to know they can swap the size before they pay. Put the exchange rule where they pick the size, and offer COD.
- Cash on delivery is free on every plan. Add a COD charge if you like; the delivery line then shows how much the buyer saves by paying online. See offering COD without losing money.
- Write the full policy once. Our return and refund policy template is a good start.
- Watch fake COD orders. How to reduce RTO and fake COD orders covers the checks that help.

FAQs
What is the best website template for a shoe store in India?
The Footwear Store on SitesPlaced. It is laid out like Neeman’s: every colour as a photo on the card, a grid of square size buttons with the size chart on the product page, a card showing the price after your published coupon, and your exchange rule under the sizes. It is free, with UPI, COD and WhatsApp checkout at 0% commission.
How do I show shoe sizes and a size chart on my website?
Add a Size option to the product (for example UK 6 to UK 11) and switch on stock per option. The Footwear Store shows the sizes as a grid of square buttons with sold-out sizes crossed out. Upload a size chart image to the product and a link to it appears beside “Select Size”.
Can I show every colour of a shoe as a photo?
Yes. Add a Colour option and give each colour its own photo. The Footwear Store shows those photos as swatches on the card, and tapping one swaps the card’s picture to that colour. On the product page the colours appear as photo tiles.
How do I show the price after a coupon code?
Tick “Show this code on the store” on the coupon. On the Footwear Store, the product page then shows a “Get it at ₹X” card with the code and a copy button, worked out with the same rules checkout uses. Private codes are never shown.
Can I offer cash on delivery and size exchanges on a footwear website?
Yes. COD is free on every plan, with an optional COD charge. Type your exchange rule in Settings → Sales boosters and the Footwear Store shows it right under the size buttons.
Is the footwear store template free?
Yes. The Footwear Store, like all 16 SitesPlaced store templates, is free on every plan. You pay only for extras such as your own domain (Starter, ₹199/month) or reviews and sales boosters (Growth, ₹499/month).
