The best-converting sales websites of 2026: what India’s top D2C stores put on the page.
The biggest Indian D2C brands can afford to test every button on their stores. So when their phone sites keep landing on the same eight things, that is worth copying. We went through the phone sites of six of them, Jnorss, Troost, Bella Vita, GIVA, boAt and The Whole Truth, and wrote down what they put on the page. Here is each pattern, why it works, and a free SitesPlaced template for every genre that is laid out the same way.
What “best-converting” can honestly mean
No brand publishes its conversion rate, so this is not a ranking by numbers, and we will not quote one. What we can see is the page. These brands sell at scale, run ads every day and change their stores constantly. The patterns that keep turning up across their phone sites are the ones that earn their place.
We looked at each site on a phone, because that is where most Indian shoppers arrive from Instagram and WhatsApp. Sites change often; this is what they showed in September 2026.
The one-line version
Make every step shorter: buy from the card, keep the buy button in reach, answer delivery and COD before anyone asks, and show only proof that is real.
1. Add to cart straight from the product card
On Bella Vita and The Whole Truth every product card carries a full-width Add to cart button. On The Whole Truth it turns into a − 1 + counter once tapped. The shopper never has to open a product page to buy something they already know.
Why it works: each extra page is a chance to get distracted. A repeat buyer who knows the product should be one tap from the cart.
On SitesPlaced: quick add from the card is free on every template. If a product has sizes or pack options, a small sheet opens to pick one. Sold-out items and price-on-request items do not show the button.
2. A buy button that follows you down the page
Product pages on a phone are long: photos, sizes, details, reviews. The top stores keep an Add to cart bar on screen once the real button scrolls away, so the decision is always one tap away.
On SitesPlaced: the buy bar that stays on screen on phones is free on every template. It appears only after the main button has scrolled out of view, so it never covers anything the shopper is reading.
3. Delivery and cash-on-delivery details next to the button
The question before every first order in India is “when will it come, and can I pay on delivery?” The Whole Truth puts its dispatch promise in a strip right under the header. Most of the others answer it beside the buy button.
On SitesPlaced: a delivery line sits under the buy button: when you dispatch, the order value for free delivery, whether cash on delivery is available and your returns rule. It is built only from your own settings, so it never promises what you do not offer. If you charge for COD, it also tells the shopper how much they save by paying online.
4. An offers box with codes you can copy
boAt shows its coupon codes as small cards on the product page, and puts one in the strip at the very top of the site. A shopper who sees the code while deciding does not leave to hunt for one.
On SitesPlaced: coupons are free, and any coupon you tick “Show this code on the store” appears in an “Offers for you” box on product pages with a copy button. Codes you do not tick, like an influencer’s code or a win-back offer, stay private.
5. Bestseller rows that really are bestsellers
Bella Vita opens its product rows with a Bestsellers tab. A new visitor does not know your range; the fastest way to help is to show what other people bought.
On SitesPlaced: home-page rows can show bestsellers, new arrivals or items on sale. Bestsellers are ranked from your real orders, not picked by hand or sorted alphabetically.
6. Star ratings on the card
Troost and Bella Vita put the star rating on the product card itself, not only on the product page. It is the quickest trust signal a shopper can scan in a row of products.
On SitesPlaced: stars on cards come only from real reviews your buyers leave, and nothing shows until you have some. Collecting reviews is part of the Growth plan (₹499/month). See how to collect product reviews.
7. Bundle offers
“Buy 3 for ₹999”, “buy 2, get 1 free” and similar offers are common on Indian D2C sites, because they lift the size of each order.
On SitesPlaced: Buy X Get Y offers (buy 2, get 1 free, across the whole store or one category) are part of the sales boosters on the Growth plan. Fixed-price bundles like “any 3 for ₹999” are not available yet. More on offers and discounts that lift sales.
8. A bottom menu on phones
Bella Vita, boAt and The Whole Truth all pin a small menu to the bottom of the screen on phones: Home plus two or three shortcuts such as Shop, Deals or Search. GIVA uses a floating pill instead. The thumb never has to reach the top of the screen.
On SitesPlaced: the Beauty, Jewellery, Electronics and Food Stores come with a bottom menu on phones, the way Bella Vita, GIVA, boAt and The Whole Truth do it. You can switch it off in Settings → Sales boosters.
A free template for each genre that copies the layout
The eight patterns above are the shared part. What differs between the brands is the layout: how the header looks, what the product card shows, how categories are laid out. SitesPlaced has one template laid out like the leading brand in each genre.
| Genre | Laid out like | Template | What it does that others do not | See it working |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clothing | Jnorss | Clothing Store | The sizes still in stock, shown on every card | Open the showcase |
| Beauty | Bella Vita | Beauty Store | Add to cart and star ratings on every card | Open the showcase |
| Jewellery | GIVA | Jewellery Store | Shop-by-price tiles worked out from your own prices | Open the showcase |
| Home | Troost | Home & Decor Store | A photo mosaic that fills itself from your categories | Open the showcase |
| Electronics | boAt | Electronics Store | A key-spec strip on every product card | Open the showcase |
| Food | The Whole Truth | Food Store | Pack sizes right on the product card | Open the showcase |

What we deliberately left out
Some things on sales pages are there to pressure, not to help. SitesPlaced templates do not include them:
- Fake countdown timers that reset every time the page loads.
- “23 people have this in their cart” messages with made-up numbers.
- Invented reviews or ratings. Stars appear only from real reviews.
- Filler sentences about your brand that you did not write. The new templates fill their rows from your own products, and a section with nothing real to show stays hidden.
Shoppers have seen all of these tricks. A store that shows only true things earns more trust than one that shouts.
The short version
Pick the template for what you sell, add your products with their sizes or pack options, fill in your delivery and COD settings once, tick the coupons you want shown, and publish. Quick add, the buy bar on phones, the delivery line, coupon codes and real bestsellers are all free. Reviews and bundle offers come with Growth when you are ready.

FAQs
What makes a sales website convert in 2026?
Fewer steps between wanting something and paying for it. The top Indian D2C stores let shoppers add to cart from the product card, keep a buy button on screen on phones, show delivery and cash-on-delivery details next to it, show coupon codes on the product page, and use real bestsellers and real ratings as proof.
Which is the best-converting website builder for a small Indian store?
SitesPlaced, for a small Indian store that sells on Instagram and WhatsApp. It is free to publish at 0% commission, and every store template includes add to cart from the card, a buy button that stays on screen on phones, the delivery and COD line, coupon codes on product pages and bestsellers ranked from real orders. Six templates are laid out like leading Indian D2C brands. Shopify can do all of this too, but through a paid theme and apps on a monthly plan.
Do these templates copy the brands’ designs?
They follow the layout the brands use on their phone sites: where the header, categories, product cards and buy buttons go. Your store uses your own name, logo, photos, colours and products. The brands are not involved with SitesPlaced.
Are these features free?
Quick add from product cards, the buy bar on phones, the delivery, COD and returns line, coupon codes on product pages and bestsellers ranked from real orders are free on every template. Product reviews (and so the stars on cards) and Buy X Get Y offers are on the Growth plan at ₹499/month.
Will a fake countdown timer increase my sales?
It may get a few extra clicks, but shoppers recognise timers that reset on every visit, and it costs you trust with the people most likely to buy again. SitesPlaced does not include fake timers or made-up “in cart” counts.
