Razorpay + Shiprocket on Your Instagram Store
Payments and shipping are the two biggest bottlenecks for DM sellers. Here's how Razorpay (payments) and Shiprocket (shipping) work together on SitesPlaced so you have one flow from order to payout to delivery.
On SitesPlaced you can use Razorpay for online payments (UPI, cards, wallets) and Shiprocket for creating AWB and tracking delivery — both connected to your order dashboard. When a customer pays via Razorpay, the order shows as Paid automatically. When you create a shipment in Shiprocket from that order, you add the AWB and mark it Shipped. One place for money and logistics.
The full flow
- Customer places order on your store (WhatsApp checkout or direct).
- They pay online (Razorpay) or choose COD/UPI on invoice — order appears in your dashboard.
- You pack the order. For shipping, open the order and create a Shiprocket shipment; get AWB.
- Mark order as Shipped, add tracking. Customer gets tracking link.
- Razorpay payouts hit your bank per their schedule; Shiprocket COD remittance per their schedule.
