PDF Invoices for Instagram Sellers
A clear, professional invoice with your UPI and bank details means fewer "where do I pay?" messages and faster payments. Here's why PDF invoices matter and how to use them on your Instagram store.
PDF invoices for Instagram sellers are professional documents that list the order, amount, and your payment details (UPI ID, bank account) so customers can pay you easily. SitesPlaced generates these from your order dashboard: one click per order, then you download or send via WhatsApp. No design skills needed.
Why PDF invoices matter
- • Trust — Customers see a proper bill with your brand and details; they're more likely to pay.
- • Clarity — One document has items, price, and where to pay. No back-and-forth.
- • Records — You have a clean record for your own books and for disputes.
- • Faster payment — UPI and bank details on the invoice mean they can pay immediately.
How to generate and use them on SitesPlaced
Open any order in your Commerce dashboard. Click "Generate invoice" (or similar). The PDF includes order number, customer shipping address, line items, total, and your store name. You can add your UPI ID and bank details in store settings so they appear on every invoice. Download the PDF and send it to the customer on WhatsApp or email.
Once they pay (UPI or transfer), mark the order as Paid and proceed to ship — e.g. with Shiprocket.
