Order Management for DM Sellers
When orders live in DMs and spreadsheets, something always slips. Here's how a single order dashboard — with statuses, payments, and shipping — keeps Instagram sellers on top of every order.
Order management for DM sellers means one place to see all orders (paid, pending, shipped, cancelled), customer details, and payment/shipping status. On SitesPlaced, every order from your store (WhatsApp checkout or direct checkout) appears in your Commerce dashboard. You can filter by status, generate PDF invoices, and push shipments to Shiprocket without leaving the page.
What you can do in the order dashboard
- • See all orders — one list with customer name, items, total, and status
- • Filter by status — Pending payment, Paid, Shipped, Cancelled so you know what to act on
- • Mark as paid/shipped — when you receive UPI or cash, mark paid; when you dispatch, mark shipped and add AWB
- • PDF invoices — generate and send professional invoices (with UPI/bank details) from the order page
- • Shiprocket — create shipment and get AWB; tracking updates can be shared with the customer
- • Razorpay — online payments show as Paid automatically when the payment succeeds
Why order management beats spreadsheets
Spreadsheets and DMs don’t know about "paid" vs "pending" or "shipped." With a proper order system you avoid double-shipping, forget-to-invoice, and "who paid?" confusion. When you scale to 20–50 orders a day, this becomes non-negotiable.
SitesPlaced order management is built for Instagram/DM sellers: it connects to Razorpay and Shiprocket so payment and shipping are part of the same workflow.
