The Resend integration is part of the ₹499/month Growth plan and is bring-your-own-account: you create a free Resend account, verify your domain there, create an API key with full access and paste it under Settings → Integrations → Resend email campaigns with the from name and address your subscribers should see. SitesPlaced mirrors your subscriber list into a segment on your Resend account and each campaign you write in the Subscribers tab goes out as a Resend broadcast from your address. Sending limits, bounces and unsubscribes are Resend's; SitesPlaced adds nothing per email and never sends your campaigns from its own account.

Every subscriber your storefront collects is added to a segment on your Resend account — the existing list on connect, then each new signup within minutes.
Write it in the dashboard
Subject, an optional preview line and your message as plain text. Paragraphs stay as you typed them and pasted links become clickable. Your logo (or store name) sits on top; the store name and an unsubscribe link sit at the bottom.

See exactly how many people it will reach, confirm, and it goes out — or pick a date and time up to 30 days ahead. Each campaign is listed with its status, recipient count and time.
Unsubscribes handled by Resend
The unsubscribe link in every email is Resend's own, personal to each recipient. Anyone who uses it is tagged in your Subscribers tab and left out of the next campaign — nothing for you to manage.
Which plan, and what it costs

How to set up Resend email
Where: Dashboard → your store → Settings → Integrations → Resend email campaigns, then the Subscribers tab to write. Takes: about 10 minutes, one time.
Create a Resend account
Sign up at resend.com. The free tier is enough to start.
Verify your domain
Resend → Domains → Add domain. Add the DNS records Resend shows you where your domain is managed and wait until the domain reads Verified. Only a verified domain can send to your subscribers.
Create an API key with full access
Resend → API Keys → Create API key, permission Full access (not Sending access — syncing your subscribers needs it). Copy the key; Resend shows it once.
Connect in SitesPlaced
Settings → Integrations → Resend email campaigns → paste the key, a from name and a from address on your verified domain → Verify & connect. SitesPlaced checks the key by reading your domain list, stores it encrypted and starts adding your subscribers to your Resend account. Use Send me a test email to see one arrive.
Write your first campaign
Open the Subscribers tab. In Email your subscribers, type a subject and your message, check the recipient count, confirm and send — or tick Send later and pick a time.
Good to know
- ✓The from address must be on a domain that is verified on your Resend account; the card lists the verified domains it found.
- ✓A long list is added to Resend a batch at a time and finishes within the hour; a campaign refuses to send until everyone is on the segment, so nobody is missed.
- ✓Disconnecting forgets the key. Your subscribers and sent campaigns stay in SitesPlaced, and the contacts already on your Resend account are left as they are.
- ✓The CSV export in the Subscribers tab still works on every plan if you prefer another email tool.

Frequently asked questions
Does SitesPlaced send the emails?
No. Every campaign is a broadcast on your own Resend account, from your own address. SitesPlaced builds the email and asks Resend to send it; sending, limits, bounces and unsubscribes are all on your account.
Why does the key need full access?
A sending-only key can send email but cannot create or read contacts, and your subscribers have to exist on your Resend account before a broadcast can reach them.
What happens when someone unsubscribes?
Resend marks the contact unsubscribed the moment they click the link. SitesPlaced reads that back, shows an Unsubscribed tag next to them in the Subscribers tab and leaves them out of every later campaign.
Can I design the email?
Not yet. Campaigns use one clean layout — your logo or store name on top, your message with paragraphs and links kept, and a footer with your store name and the unsubscribe link. The message itself is plain text.
Is this on the free plan?
No. Email campaigns are on the ₹499/month Growth plan. Collecting subscribers and exporting them as a CSV is free on every plan.
