SitesPlaced stores collect and moderate product reviews natively on every plan: a buyer reviews the exact product from their order, you approve it under Dashboard → Reviews, and it shows on the product page with an aggregateRating in the product's structured data. The Judge.me integration adds a one-way import: paste your private Judge.me API token and shop domain under Settings → Integrations → Judge.me, and your existing reviews are pulled in through the Judge.me API, matched to products by name, keeping their original date, rating, text, photos and published state. New Judge.me reviews are picked up every 6 hours while both stores run.

Reviews follow you
Every product review on your Judge.me account is imported with its original date, star rating, title, text, photos and verified status — so your product pages look established on day one, not empty.
Matched to the right product
Reviews are filed against your SitesPlaced products by name and handle. Anything that doesn't match is listed as Needs a product in the Reviews tab, where you file it with one dropdown.
Your moderation stays yours
Reviews Judge.me had published go live; ones it was still holding stay pending for you. Later syncs only add new reviews — they never undo an approve, reject or reply you made here.
Native reviews from here on
Once you're on SitesPlaced, new reviews come from your own orders: a delivered customer gets a review email, you approve it, it shows on the product page with a Verified purchase badge. No app to pay for.
Which plan, and what it costs

- ✓Third-party fees: None from SitesPlaced. Judge.me's own plan is whatever you already have; the API token works on Judge.me's free plan too.
On Shopify, Judge.me is an app you keep paying for as reviews grow; on SitesPlaced, collecting and showing product reviews is built in on the free plan, and the Judge.me import is how you bring your history across.

How to set up Judge.me reviews
Where: Dashboard → your store → Settings → Integrations → Judge.me. Takes: about 5 minutes.
Add your products first
Create your SitesPlaced store and add products with the same names as on your old store — that is how reviews are matched. The store importer (/import) can bring the catalogue across from a website, Instagram or a PDF.
Copy the token from Judge.me
In Judge.me open Settings → Integrations → Judge.me API. Copy the Private API token and note the shop domain shown next to it (for Shopify, example.myshopify.com).
Connect in SitesPlaced
Settings → Integrations → Judge.me → paste the shop domain and token → Connect & import. SitesPlaced verifies the pair against Judge.me, stores the token encrypted, and imports your reviews immediately.
File the stragglers and switch reviews on
Open Dashboard → Reviews. Assign any review marked Needs a product, then press Turn on reviews so approved ones show on your product pages.
Good to know
- ✓The integration reads from Judge.me only. It never edits, publishes or deletes anything in your Judge.me account, and it does not push SitesPlaced reviews back into Judge.me.
- ✓Reviewer email addresses are imported into the private dashboard only. On the storefront a reviewer is shown as a first name and last initial.
- ✓Review photos stay hosted by Judge.me and are displayed from there. Closing your Judge.me account later can break those photo links.
- ✓Disconnecting forgets the token; reviews already imported stay in your store.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to keep my Judge.me subscription?
Only until the import has run. After that, SitesPlaced collects new reviews itself. If you keep Judge.me running on another store, the 6-hourly sync keeps pulling new reviews in for as long as it is connected.
Is this on the free plan?
Yes. Product reviews and the Judge.me import are included on every SitesPlaced plan, with no limit on the number of reviews.
Which reviews come across?
Every product review on the account, including unpublished ones, except reviews you archived in Judge.me. Their published or hidden state is mirrored as Live or Rejected in your Reviews tab; ones Judge.me was still holding arrive as Pending.
What if my product names changed?
Reviews that don't match a product are still imported and marked Needs a product. Pick the product from the dropdown on each one — it takes a few seconds per review.
Does the star rating show in Google?
Approved reviews are added to the product's structured data as an aggregateRating with the latest reviews, which makes the page eligible for a star snippet in search results. Google decides when and whether to show it.
