A website, a menu and a loyalty QR stand for the shop on the corner.
Take a photo of your menu — you get a website. Print one QR — every customer gets a stamp card on their phone and a free reward when it fills. WhatsApp orders, UPI and COD included. No app for them, no OTP, nothing to install.

A café, salon, bakery, tiffin kitchen or craft stall gets three things on one link: a website with the menu (free), WhatsApp and online orders (free, 0% commission), and a loyalty stamp card customers open by scanning the QR at the counter (on the ₹499/month Growth plan). Standalone loyalty apps charge about ₹1,000 a year for the card alone.
How it works
Photograph your menu
Upload a photo of the menu board, the price list or a page of your catalogue. SitesPlaced reads every item and price into a store you can edit. Add product photos later, or never.
Publish
Pick a template made for cafés, sweets, tiffin, coffee or grocery. Your site is live on a free SitesPlaced address in minutes; your own domain comes with Starter.
Print the QR
From the Loyalty tab: an A5 stand card and a table tent, in your colours, with your logo. Any acrylic stand from a stationery shop holds it.
Customers scan, stamp, come back
They type their number once; the card lives on their phone. When it fills they redeem at the counter. Online orders with the same number add stamps too.
What you get
Menu from a photo
Read by AI from a photo or PDF into products with prices and sections. Edit anything; hide what is sold out.
Stamp cards
Set how many stamps fill a card and what the reward is. Cooldown per phone and device; staff confirmation and a secure rotating QR when you want them.
Scratch cards
A prize after a stamp, with the odds and expiry you set. Prizes can double as coupon codes online.
Locations
A QR per branch, members and stamps by location. One programme across all of them.
WhatsApp orders, UPI, COD
Orders arrive on WhatsApp or online with payment on your own account, 0% commission. Every plan.
Members list
Phone, name, visits, stamps, rewards. Message anyone on WhatsApp, export a CSV, block a number.
Templates made for counters
Coffee (Cascara), sweets (Halwai House), tiffin and home kitchens (Daily Dabba), chocolate and gifting (Cacao Noir), grocery and quick delivery (Pronto) — and every other store template. All of them carry the rewards page and the WhatsApp order flow.

When you want it run with you
Your loyalty members are the audience the SitesPlaced AI Co-founder writes to: a Diwali broadcast on email and WhatsApp, a poster from a phone photo of the new dessert, a weekend coupon that switches itself on Friday evening, and a Monday note with what sold, who came back and what to try next. ₹1,499 a month, everything in Growth included.
Frequently asked questions
How does the QR stamp card work?
You print the QR from your dashboard (an A5 stand card and a table tent come ready to print) and put it at the counter. A customer scans it, types their phone number, and gets a stamp. When the card fills, their phone shows the reward with a 6-character code; they tap Redeem in front of you, or you type the code in your dashboard. No app to download, no OTP, no password.
What stops someone scanning the QR five times?
A cooldown you set (four hours by default) applies per phone number and per device, and every scan is rate-limited. If you want more control, switch on staff confirmation — each stamp waits until someone taps Confirm — or the secure QR, which shows a code on your dashboard screen that changes every two minutes, so a photo of the printed QR no longer stamps.
Do online orders count?
Yes. A paid order (or a confirmed cash-on-delivery order) with the same phone number adds a stamp to the same card, so the customer who orders on WhatsApp on Tuesday and walks in on Saturday fills one card. You can set a minimum order amount, or switch it to counter-only.
What are scratch cards?
After a stamp, the customer can scratch a card on their phone. You list the prizes and the odds — 5% a free dessert, 20% 10% off next time, the rest 'better luck next visit' — and each prize has an expiry. A prize can also work as a coupon code online.
Can I use it in more than one branch?
Yes. Add locations in the Loyalty tab; each gets its own QR, and stamps and members are counted by location. One programme, one card per customer, across all branches.
What does it cost?
The website, the menu import, WhatsApp orders and payments are free — publish today with a SitesPlaced badge. Your own domain and badge removal are on Starter at ₹199/month. The loyalty programme, scratch cards, locations, the reviews system and the sales boosters are on Growth at ₹499/month. A standalone loyalty app for Indian shops typically charges about ₹1,000 a year for loyalty alone, without a website.
I only sell at the counter. Do I still need a website?
Your website is the page the QR opens, the menu people find on Google, and the place WhatsApp orders come from — even if you never ship anything. Most cafés use it as their menu and their loyalty card on one link.
What about the AI Co-founder?
When you are ready, the SitesPlaced AI Co-founder plan (₹1,499/month, everything in Growth included) adds broadcasts to your loyalty members, a campaign planner, photos and posters from a phone photo, cart reminders and a Monday digest of what worked.
