It is the third courier aggregator included alongside Shiprocket and Shipmozo, so you can price the same parcel three ways before committing. A third quote on every parcel
Aggregators do not quote the same price for the same parcel, and serviceability varies by pincode. Three connected accounts turn courier choice from a habit into a number you read.
The simplest credentials of the three
A single Bearer API key issued per merchant. No login, nothing to refresh, and no password rotation that can silently stop your store shipping.
Push and book are separate
Creating the order books nothing; booking the shipment is what picks the courier and returns the AWB. The order drawer shows both states rather than making you guess which one you are in.
Tracking synced back
Rehbar Post documents no inbound webhooks, so status is pulled on a schedule, with a manual sync button on the order for when a customer is asking right now.

How to set up Rehbar Post
Where: Dashboard → your store → Settings → Integrations → Rehbar Post. Takes: about 5 minutes (with an existing Rehbar Post account).
Get your API key
From your Rehbar Post account, copy the API key and your customer id. The key is a single Bearer token and does not expire.
Register a pickup warehouse
Add the address you ship from in Rehbar Post. A missing pickup location is the most common reason a first booking fails.
Connect it in your store
In your SitesPlaced dashboard open Settings → Integrations, paste the key and customer id into the Rehbar Post card and pick your warehouse.
Ship an order
Open an order, push it to Rehbar Post, book the shipment to get the AWB, and print the label. Tracking then flows back onto the order and the customer's Track Order page.
Good to know
- ✓Shiprocket, Shipmozo and Rehbar Post are all free on every plan, so you can compare live rates on the same parcel and book the cheapest that serves the pincode.
- ✓Pushing an order books nothing. Booking the forward shipment is the separate step that picks a courier and returns the AWB.

Can I use Rehbar Post alongside Shiprocket and Shipmozo?
Yes, and that is the point of including all three free. They quote differently on the same parcel and serve pincodes differently, so comparing per shipment is worth real money on thin margins.
What credentials does it need?
A single Bearer API key and your customer id, plus a registered pickup warehouse. The key does not expire, so there is no refresh cycle and no password rotation that can break your store.
