FlexiCommerce pricing, as listed in August 2026

FlexiCommerce describes itself as an ecommerce platform rather than a store builder: a website, a customer app, a delivery app and an admin panel sold together, “from ₹999”. The plans on its pricing page are Starter at ₹999/month (₹799/month if you pay annually), Business at ₹1,999/month (₹1,599/month annually), which adds a seller app and multi-vendor, and an Enterprise tier with custom pricing. Commission is 0%. A custom domain is available on paid plans. There is no free plan. Those are the figures as listed on their pricing page in August 2026; plans change, so confirm before you buy.

The trial is the part most people skim past. It is 14 days, no card required, which is good. But the trial store is limited to one theme, ten products and three categories, and it goes offline when the 14 days end. That makes it a demo, not a launch. You cannot put the link in your Instagram bio, take real orders for two weeks and decide with actual data. On day 15 the store is dark unless you have started paying.

For a business that already knows it needs a branded app and a marketplace, a two-week demo is a reasonable way to evaluate. For a seller who is still finding out whether an online store will earn anything, it is the wrong shape: the cheapest way to learn is to publish a real store and watch what happens over a few months, which is exactly what a free plan is for.

Compare that list with what a ₹999/month Starter plan needs to justify. Payments, shipping, coupons and invoices are the things a small store runs on, and on SitesPlaced none of them cost anything.

What ₹499/month buys on SitesPlaced

The Ecommerce plan exists for the things a growing store wants once it is selling: your own domain (one-click DNS for Indian registrars), removal of the SitesPlaced badge, AI copy, store analytics, custom head code for GA4, Clarity or any other tag, Meta Pixel plus the Conversions API with server-side Purchase events that are deduplicated against the browser pixel, and WhatsApp Business API order alerts. The WhatsApp alerts send an owner notification and a customer confirmation from your own WhatsApp Business number through the Meta Cloud API. For both Meta and WhatsApp you bring your own credentials, so the data stays in your accounts.

The price is ₹499/month early-bird, locked for the first 30 stores, and ₹999/month after that. Even at ₹999 it lands exactly on FlexiCommerce’s Starter price while including two integrations their pricing page does not list, and you can stay on the free plan for as long as you like before deciding. Who should stay on FlexiCommerce

This is not a one-size answer, and pretending otherwise would be unfair to FlexiCommerce. Their pricing page lists things SitesPlaced does not do at all:

• A branded customer app. If your buyers reorder weekly (groceries, pharmacy, tiffin, water) and you want an icon on their home screen, an app makes sense. SitesPlaced stores are mobile-first web pages, not installable apps.
• A delivery app. If you run your own riders rather than handing parcels to a courier, you need driver-side software. SitesPlaced integrates couriers through Shiprocket and Shipmozo; it does not dispatch your own fleet.
• Multi-vendor or B2B. A marketplace where other sellers list under your brand, or a wholesale portal with trade pricing, is a different product. FlexiCommerce offers both; SitesPlaced is a single-seller store.
• Nine Indian languages, loyalty, gamification and live commerce. If those are on your requirements list, price the Business plan and take the trial seriously.

If two or more of those apply, FlexiCommerce at ₹1,999/month is the honest comparison and a free store builder is not. If none of them apply, you are about to pay for a platform and use a storefront.

Who should not pay ₹999/month for it

Most sellers who search for a cheaper alternative to FlexiCommerce sell from Instagram and WhatsApp. What that business needs is short: one link that opens a catalogue, a checkout that takes UPI and cash on delivery, a courier pickup, and a message to the buyer when the order is confirmed and shipped. A customer app adds a download between a reel and a purchase, which is a step in the wrong direction for impulse buys.
