*Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for damaged, defective or incorrect products. Customers must contact us within 3 days with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof. *The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. *Customised/personalised handmade products are non-returnable, except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective or incorrect. *Returns due to change of mind, colour preference, size preference or minor variations inherent to handmade products are not accepted. *For approved returns due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Manmohak Klaa will bear the applicable return/replacement shipping cost.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or place an order through WhatsApp, the information you provide may be used to communicate with you regarding your order, delivery and customer support. Orders may be confirmed before dispatch and may be cancelled due to product availability, pricing errors or other genuine reasons. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded. Product colours, patterns and minor details may vary slightly from photos due to handmade craftsmanship, lighting and screen settings. Customised or personalised products are made according to the details confirmed by the customer and are non-returnable unless received damaged, defective or incorrect.
