If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded. Product colours, patterns and minor details may vary slightly from photos due to handmade craftsmanship, lighting and screen settings. Customised or personalised products are made according to the details confirmed by the customer and are non-returnable unless received damaged, defective or incorrect.
