Is publishing really free?+

Yes. Building and publishing your website is 100% free — all templates, section blocks and style variants included. Free sites go live on a yourname.sitesplaced.com address and show a small “Made using sitesplaced.com” badge. You only pay if you want a custom domain or to remove that badge.

What do I actually pay for?+

A custom domain, removing the SitesPlaced badge, and growing past the free store limit — all on the Ecommerce plan, which also unlocks AI and analytics.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+

Yes! You can switch plans anytime. If you upgrade from monthly to annual, the annual plan starts immediately and you get 2 months free (billed for 10 months instead of 12).

What's the Custom Website plan?+

It's our done-for-you tier. Instead of building it yourself, our designers and engineers craft your entire website end-to-end with you — fully bespoke, hosted on SitesPlaced infrastructure with every premium feature unlocked, and truly yours. There's no fixed price: the monthly price is tailored to your scope and discussed on a quick call. Tap “Book a call” on the Custom Website card to get started.

What if I also need a personal or business website?+

Head over to sitesplaced.com/studio — that's our website arm. You can subscribe to both Naari and Studio simultaneously: one for your store, one for your website.

What happens when I cancel?+

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. After expiry, your site reverts to Free plan limits (it stays live with a SitesPlaced badge).

Is there a refund policy?+

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — your plan stays active until the period ends. Student plan purchases are refundable within 2 days of purchase.

What payment methods are supported?+

We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway.
