By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. 🫶 • Handmade Products: Each piece is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in bead placement, charm positioning, colours, patterns, or size are completely normal and make every creation uniquely yours. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike. ✅ • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–10 business days before shipping. Some products are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the item purchased. 💗 • Product Care: To help your jewellery last longer, please avoid: • Rough handling • Excessive pulling or stretching • Contact with water or other liquids • Dropping the product • Exposure to perfumes, lotions or harsh chemicals Proper care helps preserve both the appearance and durability of your handmade piece. 📸 • Product Photos: We do our best to accurately represent colours and details. Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. If a bead/charm in a specific color or as shown in the image, is not available, it will be replaced by the same design but in a different colour.

✅ • Shipping: • Orders are currently prepaid only. • Orders are processed within 3–10 business days before dispatch. • Shipping charges are calculated after checkout. • Domestic shipping is currently available across India. International shipping may be introduced in the future. 📲 • Tracking: Tracking information will be conveyed once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination. ⌛ • Delays: Once your parcel has been handed over to our shipping partner, delivery timelines are outside our control. While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee courier delivery times.

❌ • Returns & Refunds: Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order as cancellation would not be provided once payment is confirmed.

⛓️‍💥 • Damaged or Lost Parcels: We carefully package every order before dispatch using necessary packaging materials to ensure utmost safety of your products before it reaches you.
