All sales are final. We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, size, colour, design preference or any personal reason. Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In case you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous 360° unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed outer package and showing the shipping label and product clearly, without any cuts or pauses. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. Metro Cities: 1–4 days. Other Areas: 4–7 days. Customized orders may take up to 10 days including making and delivery. ₹349+ orders get FREE shipping. Below ₹349, shipping charges apply. Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
Return Policy
No return or exchange for normal size, colour or change-of-mind requests. Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
