ORDER PPROCESSING Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3-5 working hours from successful order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time. SHIPPING TIMELINE Bellaloom uses independent third-party logistics and courier service providers for product delivery. Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to the operational capabilities and service levels of the respective logistics provider. INCORRECT ADDRESS Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional shipping charges before re-dispatch. UNDELIVERED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS If a customer refuses delivery or repeatedly fails delivery attempts by the courier partner, the order may be treated as cancelled and handled in accordance with our Return & Cancellation Policy. TRACKING Tracking details will be shared via Email/ SMS/ WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.

NO RETURN POLICY We currently do not offer returns, refunds and exchanges for delivered products. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images before placing an order. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY Replacements requests are accepted only within 2 days of the delivery only if: - the product is damaged or defective - incorrect product is delivered Please note that an unboxing video is required to claim exchange. We won't be able to process any refunds without an unboxing video proof. Requests submitted after the reporting period may not be considered. All replacement requests are subject to verification, investigation, and approval by Bellaloom. Bellaloom reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: Product unavailability Inventory discrepancies Pricing or technical errors Suspected fraudulent transactions Payment verification failures Regulatory restrictions Operational limitations In such cases, customers shall receive a full refund of the amount paid.
